The T7 ecu can apparently support dual fuel maps and sense when to switch from conventional E10 to E85, while the T5 ecu can only support one fuel map. So, even if available, a T5 reflash would be a permanent conversion to E85, the same fuel map would not work well on E10 fuel. The rest of the fuel system on the two models is about the same. (Similar fuel pumps, same fuel filter, 3 bar fuel pressure regulator, similar fuel injectors) I am looking for any other references especially anyone who has converted the T5 fueling for E85 using parts external to the ECU.
