Just out of my league, Sorry.
I am running a simple mechanical injection (Ron's Flying Toilet), naturally aspirated. |

I run color anodized AN fittings on my car and have never had any problem with E85 in several years of use. Earls, Peterson Fluids and Fragola.

If you keep it dry E85 seems to not be all that different from gasoline, but if you want to be sure anodizing makes sense.

I can't help with the injection, but your goal should be easily achievable. We made 1300 with a 383 and a carb AFR 210 heads and did it again with a 414" LSX motor. With the SB2 heads you should have no problem whatsoever.
I don't think you will have any issues with the aluminum fuel cell. Just store it for long periods either FULL or EMPTY -- not anywhere in between. Keep the water out too. _________________ E85 racer and E85 carb builder
