I was thinking that too. I know by now I would have gotten frustrated. Know anyone that builds E85 carbs with a lot of experience DC? Razz

You would be suprised at how many E85 carbs I fix.....its one thing to convert a gasoline carb to E85, but to take someone elses E85 carb and make it better is another thing.....

my origonal calibrations were flow bench tested, I do not have a flow bench, but have one available if I need one....

flow bench testing is a little over rated because what works on a flow bench may not be optimal for your car.

I have used and still use a LM2 wideband to calibrate my carbs, real life testing is the ONLY real way to get a carb tuned right for your motor.

I have built ALOT of carbs, and for each of my customers I keep a Base sheet that matches their engine build...

when a customer sends me a carb I look back over my files and logs to find a carb calibration that best suits the engine for the carb being redone.....most of the time i get it right out of the box, other times we have to twaek the jetting or air bleeds.....

im only a phone call away to help you.

Thanx I will,Its not that I doublt you cause I don't.I just love to tinker,I love to do things myself.I admit this time this is just out of my reach. The carb runs really good don't get me wrong but its the little stuff. The weather is starting to get cool and the car will be away soon. You'll probly be hearing from me for the rest of the mods to the carb.Ya know the E85 if tuned right with good compression gets just as good gas mileage as the gas carb.
