I would think you should be able to find those easily, on Ebay or craigslist.
I know there are some hotrodder focused for sale boards but don't shop any so will leave that exercise to others.
A few calls to local race shops should find you someone who has a spare they are willing to sell for some cash. You may even find a few in the junk yards.
I personally would just buy one of the new ones as you never know what interesting modifications have been done to old carburators. Unless you know it came off a good running engine there is always the unknown that someone got creative on a rebuild and mucked up the metering circuits etc.
If you want to step up on the technology a bit, the new TBI setups seem to be the ticket for someone looking to go to E85 on a carburated vehicle.
