Hi,
The 2003 Neon isn't on the FFV or E85 compatible list.
With that said there are several topics on this forum that talk about blending E85 with Reg Unleaded Gas to get E20 or E30 blends which may work fine in modern vehicles (OBDII 1996-Present). You may also find the topic about Ethanol and it's possible effect on O-Rings and Fuel System Components interesting.
So if you feel like experimenting try increasing your Ethanol % over time and see how your Neon handles. If it starts giving you a Service Engine Soon light or not acting right... back off the higher blends.
The long term effects of Ethanol on your Fuel System are debateable so tread lightly.
If you want to involve a mechanic I suspect he/she can help determine if your High Ethanol blends are effecting the Fuel System Parts in any serious way.
Just be aware you are likely going to void any warranty left on the car. |

I think that there is a conversion kit that would make it work. But I don't know if there is someone who actually did this in the parts. _________________ dodge ram parts |
