I re-discovered an interesting report today and thought it would be useful to have a post that puts useful reports and links together in one place for easy reference. If folks want to post up suggestions I will copy them to this first post as I have time.

Thanks for the post- the first doc by the Renewable Energy Lab was a new one for me.
