See guidelines and application forms here: http://www.illinoisgreenfleets.org/fuels/e-85.html Quote: In order to be eligible for a fuel rebate, the vehicle must refuel with E-85 at least 50 percent of the time during the calendar year. Individual applicants need to save the fuel receipts for E-85 purchases made in Illinois during the calendar year (January through December). You can also get a rebate for purchasing a flex fuel vehicle or doing a conversion. Or for using biodiesel. Its probably too late to start saving reciepts, but a good heads up for next year. Too bad I wasn't saving my receipts this year!! I will definitely travel more than 17.5K next year unless I move closer to work.
