Ok so I have seen my 2003 Silverado 4x4 with the 5.3L engine listed a couple of places online saying it can run E85. My truck does not say anywhere that it can but heres the deal. The gas prices are killing me at 4.00 - 4.25 a gallon for fuel and I can get E85 for 3.30 so I want to be able to use it. Just dont want to be stuck on the side of the road. What are the hazards, if any, to filling up a tank full of E85 on my truck?
