what inlet size is reguired on the carb for E85?

when i ordered our carb, it said it was to come with an6 inlet fittings and a .130 needle and seats.

when i got it, it had an8 inlet fittings and .150 needle and seats.

is an8 required for it or can i just get an6 inlet fittings.

who did your carb?

in some dominator cases I may use a .150 needle and seat, but its rare....depending on who did your carb you may actually have a "methanol" carb that has been de-tuned for E85...in which case the fuel curve will be all over the place.

You can probably get by with the -6 if you want to change it, but -8 won't hurt anything either.
