I have phpbb, too. How do I get my logo to show in place of phpbb's stuff (in the upper left corner of the BB page, like you have it)? The easy way is to just save your image on top of the one that came with phpbb: templates/subSilver/images/logo_phpBB.jpg Then you don't have to muck with any of the code files.
