Anyone run E85 on DCOE's before?
Any conversion kits needed? I've heard some company in brazil makes a conversion kit but i cannot find anything.
Thanks in advance.

I am not familiar with the abbreviation DCOE, are you talking about Weber carburetors?

| I have a 45 DCOE on my 1310cc Mini engine. All I did was swap the 135 main jets for 155's. Runs great! Lately it feels like the accelerator pump might have worn a bit. I'm getting a bit of a bog, but then it really screams. I suspect the alcohol might have contributed to the rubber deteriorating, but I haven't pulled it apart. Of course, I haven't changed out the accelerator pump in about 5 years, so it could be normal wear. IMHO, the vast tuning potential of the DCOE makes it a good carb to use with E85. |
