408 small block ford 13:1 compression with 275-350 shot of nitrous would e-85 work of this set up???

depend on the engine build.....
but if the engine was built for spray then yes

it runs great on vp q-116. what changes would need to b made for the e85? guys e85 is foreign stuff to me. dont want to blow my stuff up. the motor is bulit 9.40 et at 152mph.

I've never sprayed that much N2O on mine, but here is what a 180 shot did on my 427 SBC last weekend (it is 13:1 compression). Plugs looked great and I'm using the cheap pump E85 -- lots of gasoline in it this time of year.

I would just switch to E85 and start with a small shot. Work your way back up to the big hits. Watch your plugs carefully and step up 30-50HP at a time. You might not even need as much to go as fast as you are now.
