PS- I have been silent through this thread because it is over my head I am on the alcohol production and sales end. |

Ok, so I spoke to the guys at Magnafuel. They were very nice and helpful and they are local here in Colorado.
So here is what they said:
I gave them a pressure rating of 75psi. 45 base +30 psi max boost. He said the pump flow would be 2.03 GPM at 12 volts.
At 45 psi it flows 2.5 GPM.
This is the biggest streetable pump they have. I am going to attempt to do the calculations and see what I come up with. Talk soon

| So I went ahead and got the Magnafuel 750. So far so good. Now I need to work on getting new injectors and figuring out what I need. I am also going to have to run a driver box for the low impedance injectors. Can anyone recommend which driver boxes and are certain ones better than others. Also any recommendations on specific types of injectors? |

| I used the fuel injector calculator on witchhunter.com and input 1140 HP at the flywheel based on the dyno sheet I had from Texas Hot Rods. Using .8 bsfc for E85 80% duty cycle and it came up with 142.50 lb/hr. So I guess I would have to step up to the 160s? Also again I am just guessing on the HP number but I do have a dyno sheet that says it laid down 992 WC HP and this was in El Paso TX when it was still running on gas. So not sure what the uncorrected number would be? I have included a scan of the dyno sheet so you guys can check it out. Thanks |

Here is the dyno sheet showing 992 HP, sorry the quality is awful best I could do.

I have been trying to find more information on the injector driver boxes and doesn't seem to be a whole lot out there. I found an AEM but some people have said that this may not be the pest solution for the 160s and may not operate properly.
A couple questions:
Will these driver boxes work with my stock ECU?
Will the AEM box work with the 160# injectors? |

| I ran the AEM driver box with no trouble at all. 2 of my friends also ran them with no trouble. One is selling his box if you decide to go this route. |

Well I am going to go with 120lb injectors on my build but I have a procharger running 25-27lbs of boost. My car will obviously take more fuel since I have to make the power to turn the blower where you don't with the turbo setup. I have seen up to 13.2lbs/min of fuel flow on my fuel pumps based on datalogs. Partially this is because I have maxed out the FRPP 80lb/hr injectors even with 50 or 55psi base pressure(I have to go back to the tune to see which it is). This in turn is making my fuel pumps crank up and artificially increasing my fuel pump duty cycle. 13.2lbs/ minute calculates out to ~99lb/hr injector so 120's should be fine with the base pressure back to the stock 39psi and give me some overhead when I go with ported heads, blower cams, and an aftermarket intake manifold.
The package I plan on buying I found at Racetronix.biz . They have the AEM injector driver, 120lb/hr injectors, and a harness that will let you connect the injector driver to your stock harness without splicing any of your stock fuel injector wiring for about $1100. This is what I will be going with and hopefully it all works out well.
My data will be a bit different since we have different combos and you live at a lot higher elevation than I do but maybe this will help get you into the ballpark of what you might need to get your car running where you want it.
